HAMMOC Subscription Renewal Form 2026/7

Members make all manner of changes throughout the year such as buying Moggies, selling Moggies, changing their telephone numbers or moving house. Quite rightly HAMMOC will be the lowest priority of all agencies that should be informed when these events take place. So, at membership subscription renewal time we ask that you complete this form to ensure that our records are up to date.

I wish to join The 45 Club. The annual joining fee of £12 purchases a £1 ticket for the draw at each Club Night. Each draw prize is £30. The 45 Club follows the calendar year, so no payment is due now, unless you are a new member.
